1. Sitenin amacı
Site; EXPO EVENT'in catering ve etkinlik hizmetleri hakkında bilgi vermek ve teklif talebi almak amacıyla yayımlanır. Sitedeki bilgiler genel bilgilendirme niteliğindedir; menü, fiyat ve hizmet kapsamı her etkinlik için ayrıca yapılan teklif ve sözleşmeyle belirlenir.
2. Teklif talepleri
Formdan gönderdiğiniz talep bağlayıcı bir sipariş veya sözleşme değildir. Hizmet ilişkisi, karşılıklı onaylanan yazılı teklif veya sözleşme ile kurulur.
3. Fikri mülkiyet
Sitedeki metinler, fotoğraflar, videolar, 3B görseller, logo ve tasarım EXPO EVENT'e veya lisans verenlerine aittir. Yazılı izin olmadan kopyalanamaz, çoğaltılamaz, ticari amaçla kullanılamaz. Referanslar bölümündeki logolar ilgili kurumların tescilli markalarıdır ve yalnızca verilen hizmetin referansı olarak gösterilir.
4. Kullanım kuralları
Siteyi hukuka aykırı amaçlarla kullanamaz; siteye, sunuculara veya diğer kullanıcılara zarar verecek, güvenliği aşmaya çalışan, otomatik olarak veri toplayan veya formu kötüye kullanan işlemler yapamazsınız.
5. Bağlantılar
Sitede üçüncü taraf sitelere (YouTube, Instagram, harita vb.) bağlantılar bulunabilir. Bu sitelerin içeriğinden ve gizlilik uygulamalarından EXPO EVENT sorumlu değildir.

Bu şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Uyuşmazlıklarda İstanbul Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri yetkilidir.
